A Bit About Me
I work with a wide range of adult patients (18+) struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder. My services are online only, and I work with most major insurances in the DC, MD and VA area.

After completing a thorough assessment, we will talk through several options which may include medication management, talk therapy or both.
Because of ongoing regulatory changes, I do not prescribe any "controlled medications" like Adderall or Xanax.

My approach to mental health care is straightforward, non-judgmental, and compassionate. I believe in treating the whole person, not just a diagnosis, and I take the time to ensure my patients feel truly seen and heard.
